At Philip Gefaell, every piece is created as a unique work of art, designed exclusively for you.
The process begins with a consultation - this can take place via messages, an online meeting,
or a private appointment with Mr. Philip. Following the initial discussion, a design deposit is required (typically ranging from $400 to $600 depending on complexity). This amount is fully deducted from the final production cost.
We then proceed with the creation of a detailed 3D model and visualizations, along with a precise quotation. Providing an estimated budget in the inquiry form is highly recommended,
as it allows us to design within your expectations.
Once the design is approved, a production deposit is required to begin crafting your piece.
After completion, we share detailed photos and videos of the final piece before arranging
the remaining payment and delivery.
Each bespoke creation is individually designed, therefore pricing varies depending on the complexity, choice of materials, and selected gemstones.
We invite you to fill out our inquiry form - once we receive your details, we will provide you with a tailored quotation as soon as possible.
The creation time depends on the complexity of the design and the materials used. On average, bespoke pieces take between 2 weeks to 3 months to complete. Even the most intricate creations are carefully executed within this timeframe to ensure the highest quality.
We offer fully bespoke, personalized jewelry boxes designed specifically for your piece.
For orders above $15,000, a custom-made box is included complimentary, created to reflect the character and uniqueness of your jewelry.
For smaller orders, there is also the option to commission a bespoke box following a private consultation.
Regardless of personalization, every Philip Gefaell piece is presented in premium-quality packaging, crafted with the same attention to detail and refined aesthetic as our jewelry.
Yes, all our gemstones are certified by world's most respected laboratories, such as GIA, Gübelin, GRS, and SSEF.
Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we provide resizing services and comprehensive aftercare for all purchases.
We provide a 2-year warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or excessive wear and tear.
